Pvp = Suros
Strikes = Suros/Atheons depending on burns and play style of the player
Raid = Atheons
In my opinion, this is how it goes.

Anything, really: Suros The only caveat is for oracles or stripping Praetorians shields AE is better. But I hold the relic 99% of the time i'm in the portal and I have Praetorians Foil to one shot oracles the other 1% of the time. And VoC even outclasses AE for oracles anyways. Praetorians are kinda lol at lv 30 so you don't need the extra help stripping shields. So really, it's just Suros at lv 30.

I'm a scout guy in the end, but I see where you're coming from. After the next nerf we may see some diversity lol.
