Confluence has Perfect Balance, so yes, Scout Rifles do get Perfect Balance, but it seems that it isn't in the roll list on this one. I did 21 reforges on four different Demise. I have; Return to Sender (Sometimes returns ammo after a kill) Fitted Stock (Stability) Reactive Reload (reload after kill) Zen Movement (Stability) Fitted Stock Crowd Control (3 seconds of increased damage after a kill) Lucky in the Chamber (Random 1.5 damage round) Fitted Stock Firefly (Explosion on precision kill) Sharpshooter Lens Return to Sender Precision Glass Reactive Reload I kept that last one because it had the highest zoom scope and precision glass perk, with the range of the gun, I wanted to test it as a Scout/Sniper Hybrid. I'm still leveling it though.

Raid legendaries have different perks from their normal legendary counterparts. You'll also never find a legendary hand cannon with firefly like Fatebringer. Nice guns you have.

You can reroll Timur's Lash for Firefly, which is why I'm confused about Perfect Balance and Demise. I guess it's either not there for balance issues (no pun intended) or just extremely rare. Thanks.
