They have to implement raid marks to buy gear. I was completely discouraged to play the raid after no gear in 5 tries. This week I begrudgingly accepted and invitation and finally got gloves. If you do supposedly the hardest thing in the game (it's not), it shouldn't be like playing the lottery. Iron Banner is fair. I put my time, I won my matches, I completed my bounties, and in return, I earned the right to buy gear. That's the way it should be. My chest piece is still in the hands of RNGesus, unfortunately.
