Doesn't really matter to me. Get to thirty however you can. I got to twenty nine by buying all my gear from the Vanguard and Xur. I've been lucky with the Raid, though. All I need now are the boots. I was thinking about doing the iron banner, but I'm not that good at it.

The truth is you don't have to be great at PVP to advance in IB. The coins you get after a loss mean that as long as you never go on a 6 game losing streak you will advance almost as much as if you won. Getting the bounties is a different story however, although most are still attainable with persistence.

I can assure you when I started IB this week I wasn't great, but after learning the maps and just getting into the PVP aspect of the game, you will naturally get better. I went from completing 2-3 IB bounties a day to all 6 with ease. It might be a little late to start now but next time I suggest you give it a shot.

Honestly I've been so focused on slamming bounties to upgrade my Atheons Epilogue that I haven't really been on the crucible. I want to be as useful as I can to my team when I finally try a Hard Raid.

Oh I hear ya, all I was saying is practice makes perfect so eventually you just naturally get better. I was crap when I first started, but in my last 5 games my K/D is like 2.63 so in a weeks time I've gotten much better just by playing. And in like 600 rep from rank 5 which will be a good accomplishment.

I'm def going for the shader lol and if I feel like glimmer farming I'll get the scout riffle also. I wish I needed the boots or the gloves... But I need a chest for 30.

See, I got my chest on my first raid. On my fourth I got gauntlets...from the Confluxes and the Gatekeeper. So really, I got gauntlets and shards.

lol just depends if the 2nd gloves were better or not lol? I've gotten 2 boots. My 2nd pair were much better. I've gotten most of the weapons I wanted. Just need am the chest to reach the 30 point. But hopefully I'll grab the chest before the expansion . The last 2 weeks I've virtually received nothing from the raid but shards and energy followed by exotics I already had lol. I think I've gotten 4 patience and time from the raid lol.
