Titan= rock, hunter=scissors, warlock=paper

Yes because there's only one way to successfully design pvp with multiple classes. There doesn't need to be a rock paper doctors. Before the game was out they said that there should be no obvious counter to any attack. Just the party's skill and reactions and intuition on what grenade or super or whatever to use in that situation. It's not a cookie cutter game where the Titan always kills the hunter but the hunter will always kill the warlock etc. the game is balanced period
