Thanks for the break down, after reading this I don't think I'll be to upset about not getting it.

It's pretty cool having the perks you want on a gun but I believe the fatebringer's firefly is better than any perk the Timur can get. I am lead to believe you cannot get firefly because I rerolled the scout rifle (that has firefly by default) 14 times and did not get it.
