Ive also heard the second grenade takes twice as long to regen then the first. Grats on maxed out warlock

Correct. Only one grenade regenerates at a time. So if you use both, gotta wait through two cool downs to regenerate both. But if you use one, then one regenerates while the other is ready to go. Not perfect, but better than nothing.
