blade dancer, under powered for PvE and (apparently) over powered for PvP

Lets address to sides to the game concerning blade dancer, or more specifically arc blade. PvE: in PvE using arc blade is less of a badass looking way to dispatch enemies quickly and more of a suicide attempt that doesn't really put a dent in the enemy. PvP: in PvP however you can run around and hack and slack a good number of people without any difficulty because of 4 reasons: high damage, high speed, high defense and lastly, a good deal of time. Now an easy fix for PvE balancing is to increase the damage arc blade does, since its an instant kill in PvP it doesn't effect it that much. Now the tricky part is PvP. Lowering the damage, the speed or the defense boost would make the super kind of lack luster in PvP and definitely in PvE. However reducing the amount of time it's active doesn't, it's still just as powerful you just can't kill as many people over a period of time. Enough time to clear a room and pick off any fleers from the room should be the amount time you get to use it, not be able to run have way across the map killing people as you go. Thoughts? Opinions? Ideas?

 • Definitely use my invective at close range and dancers always get me. I can get off 2 shots close range. The first takes 3/4 of the shield and the second the rest of the sheikd and 3/4 of the armor. A friend and I literally tested this last night
