I had the same issue also. I had to upgrade to the newest router from my service provider and port forward my ps4. No issues now

Yeah I tried everything you did. Turned out my router had issues so after I swapped and opened my ports it works fine. My nat said type 2 before and after I swapped my router just so you know. It's nearly impossible to achieve nat type 1
