Yes by far....I can't tell you how many times I've 2 shotted people in the game. Since I'm a medium to long range player this gun matches my play style BUT if your a close range fighter then you should use the Last Word. Damage and accuracy are insane!!! One thing I've noticed even before leveling up this gun was the amount of damage it puts out and how easy it is to get head shots. With the accuracy so high (bungie really needs to add an accuracy bar to Stat screen) I can aim for the shoulder and it will give me a head shot!!!! I beat out ANY hand cannons one on one as long as I'm not up close and personal with someone carrying TLW. I just wish that bungie would add some cool animation to the shots that do bonus damage because let's face it, in the heat of battle who's keeping track?
