The new raid "should" be Lvl 28 normal and 30 hard. So 300 weapons will still be viable.
In games though there will always be a power creep as new content is released to entice people to collect the newest things. I imagine in the next DLC 300 weapons will be viable in normal raid but just shy of hard.
But that is just pve in pvp it will not matter

Nope. The hard raid will be level 32

Welp that sucks. So normal will be 30??? That's going to leave a lot of people behind. I suppose a few 29's may sneak in and get some new gear to up their level though

Normal will be 28. Also there will be some kind of shards/energy that can be added to current items to increase light level to 32.

Remember, Vog is 26 and 30. TDB should be 28 and 32
