They said exotics will be able to be upgraded to match the upcoming weapons coming in the DLC, there was nothing said about Legedaries so I am assuming they will still be stuck at 300 IT was in one of the weekly updates

Oh, yeah I was thinking something completely different. It makes sense though. Exotics shouldn't be outdated since we can only have one equipped at a time. If we were able to level the legendaries we already have there would be no point to getting the new legendaries in the dlc and any future content they put out.
