Provided you've redeemed your content correctly, and have the license and content on your console, you'll be able to pick up your EV-30 sparrow from the postmaster on the first character you log into Destiny with.

okay with that information i think the game might be bugging out. when i go to the tower (lets say i go to the speaker) if i look back it shows a green triangle(representing i have something) but when i go back i have nothing. i even checked everyone.

I recall some users reporting having experienced this issue. To my knowledge, this bug disappears on your next visit to the Tower. Just to confirm, were you able to successfully collect your sparrow?

currently? no. i figure i will give the system some time maybe it is that (cannot hurt to wait)

i have given it some more time and still nothing. is it time i go to the bungies help on the left hand side?
