It should go a little something like this, so transferring guns doesn't take 10-20 minutes.
"Your Guardian realizes that the cryptarchs are not very generous with the vault space. Upon clearing up some space in your jumpship you realize you can store a lot more stuff there, and there is room for improvements!" - Vault space increased and can now be accessed from orbit. More space can be purchased from the shipwright.

COMPLETELY AGREE In fact, tie the amount of vault space to a ship upgrade, make the upgrade account-wide (keep the ship "skins" in your inventory for the looks) and allow players to purchase greater vault space. Hell, allow us to purchase other perks/bonuses like quick bounty access, quick transit to certain activities or raid/nightfall/weekly timer resets.

This, soooo much this. It's so annoying that you have to go to the Tower several times because you forgot to grab X when logging over Hell, they love to add features to the Destiny app, I would even be okay with a function to throw gear into the Vault from there

I think many have said the same before and im for this, access of the vault in orbit. But furthermore I would say can they add the ability to swap out weapons that we have in our primary, special and heavy weapon slots directly to the Vault and to our char inventory. Im tired of having to swap to a fully upgraded weapon for example when turning in bounties if I want to level up a specific weapon. We should be able to remove say the special and heavy and just have the primary on, if we want to say lvl the primary only.

Wow yeah. More vault space would be awesome. Access from orbit would put that idea over the top haha. Though you'd still have to grab bounties in the tower so I guess it wouldn't save that much time.
