Thorn is great in PvP, if you can make those shots count.
But I'd have to answer Hawkmoon. Fatebringer is likely just as good, and TDYK is definitely a good substitute. Then there's the Last Wors, which is fantastic for CQC... in PvP.

The problem is it takes forver to level these guns up. I have TLW almost leveled up and I almost had thorn as well.

Lol, yeah. But while it's here, Iron Banner (alongside Crucible) bounties and some Hand Cannon telemetries make it a breeze. :p
