yep, I find it VERY suspicious that the "accidental" nerf happens 24 hours before Iron Banner. coincidence? I think not. many a level 30 was looking forward to tearing shit up with their Maxed out Thorn, and have been denied the chance (no pun intended there). I can partly understand, but chances are (again, no pun) that Thorn will not be restored to it's former glory even when Iron Banner is over. The Last Word certainly doesn't need a smaller range, and The Legendary cannons like Chance and Devil You Know are the only good ones that some people can get a hold of. they had better re-buff Hand Cannons once the event is over, or people are gonna be annoyed.

"[b][u]gonna[/u][/b] be annoyed" I [b][u]AM[/u][/b] annoyed. The absolute worst legendary hand cannon (coincidentally the only purchasable one with the grenade recharge upgrade) was nerfed. It was just senseless.

this is why they need to learn how to nerf guns for PvP ONLY. I wouldn't care if nerfs only happen in Crucible, as I rarely go there, but it always carries over to PvE. thanks to that, Shotguns are never used in PvE and faster Rifles like Hex Caster are only good for wasting ammo. it also wouldn't bother me if I knew that the nerf would be lifted once iron Banner ends, but given that we still haven't got our Bad Juju buff, I think that Cannons will remain this weak until the next major update (if we're lucky).
