You should do them anyway. If you are farming an area for chests or mats, pick up the kill, or shoot & loot missions. It's practically free xp. If it it's a scouting/boss/scan mission pick it up and abandon the mission so it will recycle into something else.

Yea I do, but only the kill ones, cba going about for a scan. But if there was a reward like this I would probably do them all.
