I got 2 yesterday. RNGesus must be messing with me...
It's like fatebringer, but without the explosion and with more range, damage, and luck. So yes, yes it is.

I figure RNGesus felt pity on me after not getting anything but shards and energy for about 10 hard raids straight. Other examples of this pity luck include getting a new shader every level for the past 5 cryptarch ranks, getting the helmet 2 weeks ago (to hit 30), and the Vex last week. The secret is to embrace the bad luck as the good luck will eventually break the damn [i]and does it flow![/i]
