So the latest patch added a visual indicator for connection quality. Good to officially know that things are messed up. Connection is always "poor" for me in the crucible, although it is "good" while matchmaking and loading.

I saw mostly "Good" players last night. But the few times I saw a "Poor" connection it was after the match started. Its like guys are getting in the match and then firing up YouTube and Netflix.
