Anyone getting frame drops on xb1 after patch?

Im getting bad frame drops after downloading patch. Any ideas how to fix it? I already did a hard restart and it helped a little but it still occurs frequently.

This is rediculous. This needs a fix asap . Xbox one. We pay for this just like ps members.
