WoW has pre-order bonus' for Mounts and a free level 90 if you pre-order the new expansion.

No it doesn't. No such thing as a preorder mount and the level 90 boost is available to anyone who buys the game. Regardless of preorder.

This little bit is what I'm talking about. It doesn't matter if they allow new purchasers the same thing, they marketed it to be a pre-order.

Fair enough. That service has been around for way too long, though. I don't see it as a preorder incentive. Especially when it comes with a copy of the game regardless. I think that just means you get it instantly instead of waiting for the code.
