It's already like that with having higher level players on their own servers with eachother. Don't see how hard it could be to have them have the cryptarchs inventory change along with the ranking of the individual looking at the Cryptarch. It would work like how the vanguard vendors work, if you go to a warlock vanguard vendor while you're a hunter/Titan it won't show you high tier gear like it does for a warlock in the same server. They already have this type of inventory in action, they just need to tenable it for the Cryptarch. It would change in the beta so why not now.
