It's posts like this that slow other shit down like the exotic buffs, because they're spending all their time fixing these, stop with the glitch posts and play the game how it's intended to be played.
-
If you like it so much and want it to be a thing DON'T POST IT! But seriously its not that hard of a strike...
-
I won't lie..this place is probably more dangerous then just doing it actually normally lmao. Arc damage just burns him anyways.
-
-
Wow you're really crap if you need to cheese the Arksos.
-
haha , nice one , you should have posted it a few weeks later though when the weekly will be on archon priest again , now bungie will have enough time to kill our fun like they always do
-
Oops! Fail patch...
-
Make anyone that goes into cheese spots teleport to the bosses face fixed
-
This is old and only needed for soloing it on nightfall.
-
Deej, Take this to the Devs. Instead of patching cheese spots just balance the -blam!-ing strikes! People will automatically stop if the strikes are fun and don't feel needlessly punishing. As it stands now choke points, exploiting the mobs limited AI, and using specific exotics is absolutely essential for victory. Let us fight out in the open and actually flee and adapt when overwhelmed and far fewer players will choose the boredom of sitting under a platform over fighting out in the open.
-
Cut off one head and two more shall take its place. Hail Hydra!
-
I'm glad we can still get in the spot because the strike is almost impossible with all the mobs that constantly spawn

Edited by XGC EliteDragon: 11/18/2014 6:09:52 AMStop complaining about the archon priest, so what if we found a safer way of dealing with him. Those who complained about this have nothing better to do than complain, that means you have way too much free time on your hands. Go get a hobby, stop being such whiners & such entitled children. Translation go get a REAL life away from gaming.
-
I lol'ed so hard seeing this. GG Bungie indeed.
-
LETS FIX STRATEGIES AND NOT BUGS -blam!- THE COMMUNITY.. WHO THE -blam!- IS DEEJ? -Devs
-
I feel like bungie leaves some of these on purpose, for people to keep playing or just keep having fun beating things that are hard. You get me?
-
Hilarious! What a fail xD
-
Agreed. People find these great vantage points and because of their pride they wanna video it, "be the first". Guess what, video it and they patch it (exsaperated) noobs!!!
-
meh, I never used the platform, I use my cliff to snipe from. The Priest can't hit me from it and it is an easy kill....
-
The techno dance made it epic!
-
Edited by FireAntz93: 11/17/2014 11:24:33 PMThe lack of competence is amazing here. If you're waking down a side walk and all of a sudden a wall drops in front of you, you're clearly just going to go around it to continue on your way. I suppose "walls" to Cerberus Vae are also in the works?
-
I don't use the platform.
-
GG lol
-
It's funny how they patch these cheese spots with such a great sense of urgency but, when it comes to upping the exotics they promised or cleaning up the glitches in vog you just hear crickets.
-
The little dance edit won it for me.

I am looking forward to the update and if all goes according to plan I'm all for it providing it won't cause yet more issues.. However just don't really understand why the eploit it's such a big deal honestly there were loads of cheese spots, exploits ways around things in all of the Halo series, people will always find the easiest route no matter what, and while I understand that this particular exploit is definitely something that needed to be addressed but as many have stated, when there are many other areas that need more urgent attention why prioritize this particular one? It just seems odd that the issues with the VOG haven't been addressed in this update esp when its something that everyone has consistently asked for and why not make sure your current content is 100% or near enough to before releasing yet more content that undoubtedly will come with all of its own issues effectively compounding current problems..
