Sorry dude, this won't work. People will just stop or drastically decrease their crucible time. They pay out for the "time" and effort. Gotta give us scrubs something or you'll have none of us to kill.

Even if you don't win, everyone still gets tokens (Akin to today's RNG Disbursement). Tokens are still really good, as they can give your crucible marks, planet materials, and class materials. I honestly believe it's a pretty even trade considering 90& of the loot people earn now get dismantled for little materials.

Just redo the tables and give people at the top a better chance. But still give scrubs something.

You fail to understand that through my theory, "Scrubs" will still have just as much chance to receive a token, as you would any regular loot reward. RNG offers tokens (IMO Better than most rewards in the crucible) as a replacement to actual loot. The tokens earn you better things than regular crucible loot. Basically you get more from tokens, and the RNG still gives it randomly. Think of the current distribution of items, but instead of items, it's tokens. and in addition to all that, you get loot for being top players, but RNG decides rarity of the loot (Common-Exotic)
