I got two speaker emblems, Blessing of the Speaker and the Skeptic. I used the Speaker during the raid and got all the best rewards when others got materials. Coincidence? I then got the Skeptic one and did the daily story and it rained engrams! Then did 3 tiger strikes and not only did it rain engrams (had to stop a couple of times to dismantle greens) but I got legendary end of game rewards twice. Lord High Fixer and an engram that turned into 3 ascendant energies. I'm definitely not a skeptic about the speakers emblems! Definitely worth a few motes!
