I love using the pulse rifle but it seems to be under powered. Compared to many of the other primaries it is not nearly as effective. I think a way to fix would be to increase the impact by 5 to 10 percent. I am unsure as to the exact amount it needs to upped but I feel over 10 percent would be too much and under 5 would not be enough. Of course I am sure the people at Bungie can find the sweet point.
