I have to say the few red death users I've seen in crucible have absolutely dominated me at mid range fights. I should test the red death since I have it to confirm some of your statements. I'm not an avid crucible player but I do have experience in it. Oh and for those who wonder what weapon I run with is either the vex mytho or suros as primaries. My secondaries change depending on the map.

Yeah its fun surprised the shit outta me when I was doing well against the suros users they bought that day thinking they would wreck shit. Thst and I dont have suros :(

You should give it a try, you just need to make sure you're only getting headshots. Because two burst to the head brings down a guardian in seconds. It's 36 crit to the head and one burst out of RD is 3 rounds, so you're spitting out a lot of damage at peoples heads.
