I was really exited when I got my thorn but in reality it's a horrible gun, my legendary auto rifle out weights it any day!

The dot doesn't refresh each bullet should refresh the timer of the damage. Otherwise it really punishes you for any direct engagement. It needs also needs one of the following: Extended magazine size Faster reloads Better fire rate. .... Because the alternatives to thus as an exotic are the last word and Hawmoon. which its really poor compared to.
