I don't you understand "exploit". I could understand your feelings if there was a sort of bug that allowed for nonexistent charge times or weapon swap stat switch. But you getting killed by stuff more than you like is hardly an "exploit".

Not sure if you know the definition of exploit. It doesn't always have to relate to bugs or a glitch in the game. It's simply to make use of, to your own advantage.
