I have noticed this as well, and I have very high speed internet.

25Mb down 9Mb up Good not great. PvP was fantastic (win or lose, good KDR or not) for 6-7 weeks. This last patch changed everything.

I never disconnected before, now I do quite often.. doesn't make any sense.
