Glad to see this post, and that it's not just me. I notice it big time when I push x to respawn, it hangs for a while. Or as others have stated during combat.

Sooo frustrating, the biggest rage inducer for me.

Yeah it won't let me respawn for extended times too. Typically after being killed by a lagger.
