For all the people saying that I'm whining with my post and that I don't want to grind and that I can't do it the fair way and that I don't speak for you uhhhh shut the -blam!- up I've beat the raid multiple times I have a level 30 and a level 29 character and I've never done the loot cave and I rarely exploit anything so please silence your insolence and ignorance. Chances are I'm better than you. All I was saying is that if I do the nightfall with my hunter and get a warlock chest piece as a reward than I should be able to give that to one of my friends who's a level 29 warlock in exchange for a piece of hunter gear which he gets quite often during nightfalls.so jus think a little broader and more intelligently before you put your dick beaters on that keyboard. As for the two individuals who had the long conversation about different strategies bungie could implement for the trade system I loved your debate. Lots of good ideas. Personally I think the trade system should be based of level. Example, I'm a level 30, I should only be able to trade with level 30's. Same goes for level 15's and so on.all the ignorant dumbasses think that I'm asking for a level 20 to be able to trade with a level 30.yes that indeed would crush this already broken game. But I appreciate all the comments and feedback and ideas. Like I said I don't bitch about the game I'm still hooked on it, what's annoying is the way bungie is going about their business with this game. Jesus Christ!!![/quote] You do not speak on behalf of me, Bungie made this game so we could play for a long time, not just run through it over and over like Borderlands, which don't get me wrong is a great game, but Destiny was not built with the same idea. There is a reason we aren't allowed to trade weapons & armor. And it doesn't matter if a player complains about it, their main job is too keep us from exploiting any one part of the game.

So basically a trade system,which is what most any rpg style games have, would cheapwn the expierience but repetetive grinding and getting nothing for the effort is worth it?? there is no logic to ypur acusation. Trading is well trading, you trade things you dont want that others might want, and you get something in return that you might want or need, it dosnt take away from the grinding that you already did or happened to recieve said item fairly easily it dosnt matter. Its still effort that wasnt wasted, so no it wont ruin anything, remember its an mmorpgfps fantasy not just a plain old fps

Ok fair.... A lot of MMO's have trade I think it's also fair to say Blizzard is the master of MMO. 1) the good gear in wow is soul bound (you cannot trade it) 2) look how bad the screwed the pooch with Diablo III trade when it was released, it took them what over a year to fix it by then the experience was over for hundreds of thousand if people. The game simply didn't keep u engaged. So when/if bungie did introduce trade For god sake don't let it be for purples or even exotics, I say that as a player with only 1 exotic and 5 purples (3 are secondary weapons, 1 heavy and boots) It absolutely cheapens the experience if I can turn 20 got to an auction house and spend glimmer on getting kitted up immediately. The knock on effect would be now there's a bunch of 25-30 leveled characters that there's no way to be confident if they join my raid team. That they even understand the 1st thing about the mechanics of a strike which just frustrates the player base completely and these new players then go on to whine that groups don't stay together. Further what reward system compels me to participate in the game or events if I can just go to tower and buy my gear. Ok now grinding, Yes I can see that there is a shaky line between bungie's no we don't want you shooting at a cave for hours.... But we do want you to do relentless grinding. That will mature, the grind in this game is not epic but again I expect it will mature. Trade of non weapons Bungie I would hope has an economist looking at the game stats and planning what a living economy would look like, before trade of materials is implemented I'd like to see they have a plan for the economy. Personally the only glimmer sink I have is buying ammo synthesis. More needs to be done to establish the value of glimmer but yes I believe trade of non gear related items is a logical step even if it was a one for one as a first step..... But I've not spent a lot of time thinking of an implementation of how it could be introduced

Well what about players like me, I have done the hard raid 8 times and not got the vex once, my friend has done 5 times and got it dropped EVERY single time. Why can't he gift just one of those to me. I completed the same hard raid as he did, he just got lucky, he didn't earn it. He also doesn't need 5 of the same gun. There should only be trading directly after the raid between your fire team only, because the raid loot system is broken, especially since your rank is tied to RANDOM drops you can only obtain in the raid!
