Funniest death you have experienced
What is the funniest way you have died or have seen someome die? Crazy Misadventure? Hilarious pvp accident? Lets hear them all.
Mine happened while running a strike with some friends. We had just started the Strike on Mars (I forget the name). Right as we spawn in, I start running to the first objective. My friend hops on his sparrow and guns it...straight into my back. The collision rockets me forward, and face first into a giant rock formation. I died on impact. The best part? I was attempting to complete the "finish a strike without dying" bounty. 3 seconds into the strike, I failed that bounty before I even saw my first enemy.

Doing Shield Brothers the other day, I died and as I was being revived, Red Guy started his dive attack towards the guy reviving me. That guy got clear, but due to that second or so of respawn animation, I was stuck in place and got hit. I took no damage due to the revive shield being active, but I flew across the room, the shield expired mid-flight, and I smashed into a wall and died. What made it funny (to me at least) is that I saw it coming from the moment it started. I knew what was going to happen, but really hoped that it wouldn't.

On the dreadnought with my hunter, I'm fighting a random group of cabal/hive. I let out a shadowshot and while at the highest point when going mid air, a phalanx manages to nail me with his shield some how and I flew so hard I died hitting the ceiling of the dreadnought.

I threw a surpressor grenade at a hunter who was mid double jump and watched him fall to his death. I saluted him like an asshole > : )

Shrieked blew up and it's machine parts flew at me knocking me a couple blocks back. All good tho there was a Starbucks around the corner

same thing happened to me. Doing the Devil''s Lair strike for the finish the strike without dying. Got hit my a sparrow going up the stairs. I was pissed. Funniest death I've seen (way too often), well besides Using Fist of Havoc right off the map during PvP, is when someone shoots a rocket right as a titan pops a bubble in front of them. It never gets old.

End of an Control match I teathered 2 opponents killed them to win the game & then did a formal bow as an opponent who syill5 had heavy came up & killed me with their sword then grieved me! Hahahaha wish I recorded it

Remember it well. Last year running the Devils Lair with my team, I entered the blast a few secs after my guys bc I was synthing, just in time to get shelled by the devil walker. My lifeless corpse tumbled through the air..pinwheel fashion..sideways across the entire area, drawing exclamations of shock, and riotous laughter from all of us. Good times.

After the HoW release, I was doing one of the bounties. Right before I could deliver the killing shot, I got smashed by a warsat.

I didn't die, but I had an imperial phalanx get a bad case of Karma when I punched it, it hit me with its Sheild, and then I watched it [spoiler]fly backwards hit a wall and die[/spoiler]

stuck a fusion nade on a hunter as he shadestepped off the map, i wouldnt say funniest but it was dam funny!!

My favorite death was I put down a bubble on B point in rusted lands and got hit with two nova bombs, a fist of havoc and a tripmine grenade. My favorite kill was I hit a hunter with a suppression grenade right as he was throwing a tripmine and it blew it up and he died from his own grenade.

I was once fighting that archon priest on a Venus strike as a gunslinger in year one (forgotten the name of it). I threw a trip mine and he shot it and I blew up.

I was fighting atheon once with my sleeper simulant and somehow the beam managed to ricochet back and kill me just as atheon died...

Mine would probably have to be a jumping Cabal Legionary. I shot him with a shotgun while he was mid air and his body flattens me. Kills me instantly. My friends and I couldn't stop laughing about it...

So I was running VoG with some friends, about two weeks before TTK. We get to the exotic chest, and people start switching characters. I've already gotten the chest on all of mine, of course, so I just sat there and screwed around. My friend opens the chest, and about a minute later I walk up to it. I throw down a lightning grenade(inside, I think), and everything goes to hell. The grenade detects my teammates as enemies, and kills both of them! Forgot to "Record That," mostly because I couldn't stop laughing for about ten minutes.
