  • Okay I have renewed my license but for some reason the items just show up darkened and I still cant equip them on my warlock. Any other suggestions?

  • Hmmm. The situation you describe is one in which the console does not think you have the license to access these items. This is the first time I have seen restoring licenses not working for this. Since this is a console issue I am not sure there is much we can do but I will get your information and talk to the team. In the mean time it might be worth contacting the console manufacturer to see if there is an issue with your ability to restore licenses.

  • Hello this is Fletcher again. Last time I contacted you about my items issue. Has anything been resolved yet? I've tried contacting PS about my PS4 but have had no luck with them as of now from this past week. Please let me know if the team can find any solutions to this. Thank You
