I got my patience and time from a legendary engram, which came from a level 7 dreg in patrol mode, I don't see how I earned that lol, only exotics you earn are the bounty ones since you work in different set of goals.

Dregs take 1 headshot to kill that isn't earning

I kill something, I get a reward, I count that as earning

I agree. You earn a random reward. You still played the game to get it.

It's random sometimes you get something sometimes you don't.
