I got Plan C twice in subsequent raids. I kept it, though. Why not give it to another character?
I got legendary engrams on each of my 3 characters nightfall runs this week. So did my friends. I would have been much happier just to see an exotic pop up for someone..

Because I wanted more ascendant energy I've dismantled countless legendaries that I've gotten I only keep ones that have decent upgrades and I am not interested in having multiple of the same exotics as I can swap em between my characters easy enough anyway.
