If you're first in Crucible, you should always get something
It's complete BS when you're carrying the team and you don't get shit at the end. Makes me feel like I just wasted 15 minutes. If you disagree, comment why below.

Not every time no. But there should be a threshold where your likelihood of dropping bloody fantastic gear goes up. Similarly, if continually last/second last players keep slogging it out after so many rounds of mega death that should have a threshold of awesome pity gear as well - they need it more than anyone.
