Ok awesome I guess but is there a reason Xur offers the same gear for 3-4 weeks? How is that random?

Xur has what Xur can get. Things are slow on the black market, cut him some slack

How does he get so many of the same exotic item though? And where would he store them since he doesn't have a shop?

Counterfeiting.... to expensive for new molds... easier to mass produce old ones.

He get's them from the cryptarch, whom he pays off each week with strange coins. The cryptarch illegally replicates the exotics. Master Rahool takes a cut of Xur's profits, so he doesn't let Xur have new stock until he sell out the old stuff. The cryptarch can store an unlimited amount of weapons and gear in engram form.

It seems Bungie's decisions are mostly based on slowing down the endgame as much as possible. Which increases the desire to grind for gear. The more people that play and get attached will want the DLC. It's all about the $ with Bungie/Activison now. EVERY decision they make is $>community. Sad but true.

People care too much about the money and less about customer satisfaction and which is just as important. People just get themselves sucked into game franchises like this one and boom they're addicted.

Your not listening I'm satisfied so are a lot of other people we just don't post as much because we spend more time playing the game while you want to make your small voice heard and complain about every little thing you can. Use positive feed back if you like the company try enhancing the community but no 90% of you just cry

You're mistaken. I'm no troll or "whiner", fact is I LOVE destiny. The game play is amazing could I use a different mission type other than deferent the ghost hacking your position for 3 waves or until (insert scaled up minion) is dead? sure! Could I use more to do other than replaying the same missions I've done over and over again with a different colored bounty on that's "sold" to me as new content or a major event? Yup! Could PvP use some network touch ups? Yup. It's called feedback and asking for fair market value. Compared to other games they haven't delivered. Given their history they waaaay under performed. Bungie will make money regardless of my opinion but the group of unsatisfied long time bungie fans hope that somewhere deep down they will hear us and stop allowing this game to slowly die for us and right their wrongs. I want to buy the dlc I want to buy destiny 2-27 or whatever they end up making but I also can't stand by and watch as this game becomes the money grab call of duty and every other activision game has sadly become.

I don't cry. Do you find it ok for them to patch Atheon falling off but not the INSANE amount of bugs in there? There's no excuse. They need to get their shit together and make this game playable. I shouldn't have to spend 4 hours beating Atheon on hard just because this game has bugs out the ass. They removed an entire strategy of killing Atheon and didn't fix any of the bugs. You try and get Atheon to 1/10 of his health on hard and have 1 person teleport instead of 3. It's -blam!-in ridiculous and we shouldn't have to stand for it.

That kinda happened with my group. Except sometimes only 2 people got teleported. Oh yeah and I am a non-believer in how it is random. I know it picks half your team, but I got teleported over 30 times in a row, and that streak is still going, because I think atheon must hate me for some reason.

I prefer to be teleported as I'm a boss with that shield :P so long as the dawned hobgoblins aren't too separated in the Mars portal. Pain in the ass sometimes. I play it on hard. On hard I think the Mars portal is much more difficult. Those goblins shoot so fast and so accurately that if you miss one with the ground slam it could very easily be the end of the line for you.

No I'm saying we didn't have a problem beating him so I don't see how bugs are making the game unplayable when I play it just fine did I studder? First night after the patch cleared normal than hard no problems so it must be your team your Internet or you who suck because it is possible and we have fun while we did it.

Let me guess you're on Playstation then? I definitely don't suck lol. I'm a level 30 hunter and I've beaten the raid on hard many times. I know what I'm doing. And I've done it with multiple different groups who have experienced these issues over and over. Where some people just don't get teleported. Or Atheon bullets go straight through the shield and kill the -blam!- out of everyone. And I'm fully aware of where to stand to avoid splash damage. But his bullets came straight through the shield and killed almost all of us. Therefore beating the rest of it impossible. Simple trash like that making us have to restart it get old. Also sorry for being so aggressive. This game and the people who run really piss me off sometimes.

Caring about profit over the initial product (Destiny) in a line of about 20+ (Destiny sequels future DLC's & Other IP's) is NEVER a great way to do business. If they lose half of the community due to dissatisfaction with that initial product and the greed of the company, you tend not to be there once the others start rolling down the line. I've been a HUGE fan of Bungie's since Halo:CE, before that game i hadn't even played a video game in about 3 years prior to that. I've been handing my hard earned cash to Bungie for years, there's no reason they should not consider the value of what they're offering their community when making decisions. They built the company but WE sustain it.
