10/30/14 - I'm on the PS4 platform and for the past two nights Atheon on hard has rendered the raid borderline unplayable. We beat it last night after several attempts only because we got lucky. It was not fun at all. Here is a list of all the bugs we (and others) have encountered:
1. Oracles would still kill the fireteam even after all oracles were destroyed

2. Improper number of players would get teleported

3. Relic shield would still allow incoming damage while active. (So I guess Atheon is cheesing us now?)
4. Time's Vengeance would not activate upon destroying last oracle.
5. Players would get marked that were not teleported.
6. Supplicants would not die after taking more than enough damage.
7. I don't like the fact that the praetorians now posses the warlock's fireborn self-revive ability.

8. Getting detained, teleported, and insta-death on the other side.
9. Oracles not spawning when they should, then spawning all at once (reported by IchiDaKiller187)
10. Succumbing to the Oracles while Time's Vengeance is active and everyone is out of the portal - XbOne (reported by HeadButtYoNut)
11. Atheon stops taking damage. His health stopped dropping after 40%, twice - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
12. Teleporting three of us and immediately teleporting us back, leaving all 6 of us with atheon (insta-wipe) - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
13. Supplicants are killed, blow up and then revive directly inside bubble and blow up (insta-wipe) - PS4 (reported by Zamm3k)
14. Ammo synthesis does not replenish ammo when consumed (alive in-game) - PS4 (reported by FastDrinker77)
15. Atheon opens time stream at beginning of checkpoint (reported by MANSLAYER KIRA)
16. Supplicants teleport through Mars and Venus portals
17. My personal favorite...I escape detain just before being teleported only to die

How the heck do you expect us to complete the raid with all these bugs? Fixing the Atheon cheese was understandable. I don't care about the random teleport. These bugs, however, need to be addressed ASAP, PLEASE!
Bump the heck out of this, guys, so Bungie gets the message. Not trying to be a jerk, it just needs to be fixed! Raid is broke right now.
I will add bugs to the list that others have experienced. If I didn't experience stated bug myself, I will add who reported the bug to the description. Also,[b] [u]please list the platform you are experiencing the bug on[/u][/b].
***UPDATE***11/1/14
So I played the Atheon checkpoint for about 6 hours last night to see how many of these issues were network related or not. My clan I run with are all seasoned raid runners so I would appreciate the people posting "it's operator error" to stop. Obviously operator error will occur occasionally. What I am trying to address are these bugs that transpire during the attempts that are running like a well-oiled machine only to be derailed by above mentioned bugs. That being said, my group experienced:

Some of these bugs simply can't be helped and you just have to cross your fingers you don't encounter them. Regarding the oracles spawning all at once or not dying when it looks like they are done, I've trained myself to walk next to the oracle I just "destroyed" and listen to see if its still active. For them spawning all at once, my recommendation is to buy The Swarm at the Vanguard Quartermaster (which has void damage). It is one of the best kept secrets in the game for the Raid when fully upgraded. The impact is twice that of the Corrective Measure (which I also have), it has bullets that stagger the enemy, mag upgrade to 60, and other members I've played with are always amazed at how quickly it makes short work of the oracles (10 rounds or less), and how much of a help it is at mowing down the praetorian on Venus portal.

So the conclusion that I've drawn is that a choice few of the listed bugs were due to the network maintenance/issues two nights ago, but nearly half (7 of 16) still presented itself. These bugs were not present prior to the latest patch. Bungie needs to address this sooner than later. It's a shame that it takes IGN reaching out to Bungie for them to finally comment on the matter.

Don't forget the walking through portals and appearing on the other side of them rather than back where atheon on is. Even when not sprinting/jumping, as I know that contributes to it, every single time in a raid game I played the relic holder went through it and wasn't teleported.

On hard the Hobgoblins and supplicants can 1 shot level 30 players. You made this mode virtually unplayable. You Bungie people are stupid.

Atheon doesn't care if a guardian is dead or alive. Each player has the same chance of being teleported regardless of their status ailments, leaving many portal teams one or two men short. This is every console. Bump.

SIGNED TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE the raid is broken all of these bugs have occurred I just hope that the dlc raid would not be like this but I AGREE 100%

Way too many bugs on the raid The NEW patch has made things WORSE Not teleporting anyone Only teleporting one player when all 6 are alive Teleporting inside gates with detainment active So many issues this "fix" has now caused.

You also got armour which gives more heavy ammo to carry but when you did you lose half your rockets on PS4.

I just get annoyed when Atheon kills all 6 of us in the center while the relic shield is up. It's infuriating.

Played with a group of randoms on normal last night. Here are a few that we encountered: 1: Portal teleports only two people, often. While there was three of us alive, it teleported just me one time. That was fun... 2: While trying to grab both relics at the same time during gatekeepers, portals would randomly close for good after both relics were equipped. (Not sure if we're doing this wrong but I only assume the portal stays open until all players leave) 3: During Gatekeepers and Conflux, praetorians and minotaurs would mysteriously stop taking damaging. Not sure what triggered this, and it only happened once. Might have been host lag.

on the relic shield. if you are touching a wall while inside the shield effect you will receive splash damage

It's so f-ed up I have been trying for 3 days and probably 18 hours plus trying to beat him and I ran into the same problems

Yeah these glitches are a problem can't say I've had them all but u have had getting teleported and detained at once and instant death And the good old one maybe two people getting teleported

Having these same issues on xbox 360. For #11, on 360, it shows as if he is regenerating health, like the game gets out of synch and resynchronizes to the last known stable point. Got a list of my own: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/76253772/0/0/1

Relic disappears as Time's Vengeance runs out but counts as being dropped and causes a wipe - PS4, this may be rare as I only saw it happen once.

bungie needes to undo the patch because this is impractical. Why would you buff atheon and make it so he cant be knocked off the edge if you want us to be able to beat him? If it's this hard no one will want to play your game and every 1 will give up on your games till master chief collection comes out. #stupid comp.

Ive encountered the Atheon no damage and Minotaurs that dont die when they practicly dont even have hp left. What the -blam!- is the updates for if they keep -blam!-ing it up.
