I don't mind the random teleport too much but having it only teleport 2 people on a glitch sucks. Last raid I was on we had a system where 3 guys that knew how to use relic would call out "1", "2", or "3" as soon as they teleported, the guy with the lowest callout picked it up if multiple were teleported. If nobody called out 1,2 or 3 then other people had to pick it up but usually 1 of the 3 of us were teleported. In the end everybody will have to learn the relic which is just a good idea anyways but it does lead to confusion about who picks it up when multiple can do it. Also you have to be weapon ready for oracles at all time which is another issue so everybody's load outs have to be flexible to handle any role.
