Cut scenes looks great, but apart from a few things I couldn't really tell the difference during the gameplay that was any different from the original (from memory, anyway).

The only thing that they did were the sounds, graphics, switching to classic mod to new mod, scores (ex: he got a double kill medal), few grunts, cut scenes and music's, aside from that it looks the same, as it should be from 10 years ago.
