I get it. I have my bitches about Destiny, but the thing is, it's not ALL bad, which makes it that much more frustrating.
I guess in the end, there's enough I enjoy about Destiny that makes me want to vocalize what's fkd up about it in hopes that, while it may turn out to be commercially successful, they made too many compromises and took too many shortcuts which kept if from being a GREAT game... and perhaps if they listen to some of the things the detractors are pointing out, there is still a chance that Destiny could still get there.
The concept is certainly there... the execution was... a bit too much hit or miss.
I would also point out that, when you say "move along", it seems you don't realize that many have. One person that works at Gamestop mentioned they had over 200 copies of Destiny traded in - just last week. And that's ONE store. Perhaps some, or even many of those that remain to bitch about what they think is wrong with Destiny is because they like it enough care. They WANT Destiny to get better because they realize that there are some good things about it, but it's been overshadowed by what was bungled.
I am in that camp a little bit.... and thinking it's time to step away for a bit. I'm disappointed that the DLC sounds a bit underwhelming, but I am going to hold off on making a final judgement until it actually comes out. Perhaps by then I will have a fresher perspective.
Anyways, appreciate the good conversation.
