Why should i pay for content i won't receive?
Bungie, you are a bunch of greedy bitches who don't give a damn about the players. Just good ol fashion greed.
Why the hell would i pay for content that i won't receive until most likely "next fall"? How can you honestly charge all xbox users the same amount as playstation users but only let playstation get the FULL content?
To put this in a different perspective:
Imagine you go to your favorite coffee shop to try their new drink they've created. You're all excited cuz you've been buying their new drinks for years and always enjoyed them. Then the guy in front of you orders this new drink and pays $3.00. It looks delicious! His has whipped cream and some kind of drizzling on top. You order the same thing with a face full of excitement! Then you get a cup of....something....infinished?....no whipped cream or drizzling?.....
"That'll be $3.00!"
"What?!"
Then the guy who was in front of you yells back "stop complaining!"
And the barista doesn't seem to give a damn if you take it or leave it...
This is how xbox gamers feel right now.

9 RepliesWelcome to gaming! Should have bought the better consol, they stated since e3 2013 sony has the exclusivity. It amazes me how little research people do in this day and age of consumerisim. I have an xbox and ps guess which format I bought!?

Can't you see the writing on the wall? It's not going to get better next -blam!-ing week. The infrastructure of failure is in place. It is meant to gouge out your time, your money, and your patience. Imagine your friend just paid $20 for DLC, and you want to buy it too. "That'll be $33!" "What?!" That is how UK players feel now. Oh yeah, and your friend with the coffee? His Japanese uncle paid extra to have his coffee upgraded.

If you truly want to consider it part of the DLC and not free content for Sony players, don't purchase the DLC until it drops. Also let me fix your analogy. Same thing happens, but when you confront the barista, she points to a handsome rich man named Sony and says that he paid for the extra toppings - cause that's how this is actually going down.

1 ReplyThe strike is free you're not paying for it. Look at the official DLC announcement for the dark below they do not mention a second strike anywhere. Ps4 users are getting a free strike when the DLC comes out and you'll get it eventually.

Aside from moaning and complaining how bunjie mislead us to believe what this game was and how they would support it, I would like to offer a quick opinion and solution to this problem. The next time this developer releases a game, don't make the same mistake, do not pre order it or buy it day 1. Ign.com gamespot.com and other gaming sites offer honest reviews, read them and heed their warnings next time this dev releases a game and do not be fooled again. This is what i will be doing.
