I got the same issue, but only with synthesis from xur. Only one of five synthesis seem to work, is it maybe ment to be like that : " you got it from the black market vendor, what did you expect ? " If it is please tell me. I bought over 100 ! of them, hoping for lots of exploding fun, but this makes me rage around every time I got to gamble if my guardian grabs one of the working packs.
