So, whose fault is it really?

Activision

Bungie

Or is it the writer who left?

Did Activision stop Bungie from making the game they wanted to make? Or is it all Bungies fault and Bungies fault alone? Or is it the writer who left leaving us with a lame story?

  • It's Activision's fault for the game that was released with minimal content. It's Bungie's fault we are still sitting here with that same mediocre content. Obviously no one in Bungie has the nuts to tell Activision they're ruining their franchise by being greedy. By withholding content and slowly releasing it they are going to kill the franchise. Bungie would be better off explaining that releasing more now would help keep people around and make DLC later enticing to the consumer. This as I said before takes some nuts but clearly no one in Bungie is equipped with a big enough pair to fight for their work. Instead of fighting for what they worked so hard on they'll sit here and watch it go down in flames just to keep their contract. It's unfortunate since this game still has so much potential to be great. Unfortunately the only people fighting for it is the community. Cruel business world and the greed it's fueled by is winning this round.
