Added up between all my characters, I am roughly level 70.
I know someone on youtube a few days ago was level 63, he could be higher. If there isn't a cap at 100, I would say it goes on forever

normally I am not a fan of channels like them. They make crap videos about shaders they just discovered that others have already gotten early in the game (Lunar elegy for one. Its not a "super super rare drop from tiger strikes just in the last patch" as 1337 said) I think I only followed him because he gave locations for chest farms and how to do the nightfalls easily. I really am considering to unfollow him and move on with my life
