Do blue engrams ever give Legendary items anymore?
I know blue engrams are supposed to still have a chance to give legendary rewards. But even after turning in countless blue engrams, I can count the number of times I've gotten a legendary on one hand after cutting all my fingers off.

Edited by Dunkinuts: 10/28/2014 11:42:48 AMI got 3 blues change to legendary armor last night, all for a Titan. I only have a warlock and Hunter, my Titan is at lvl 2. I think Bungie is hinting at me...... Edit: Oh I got them from doing the Tiger strike 5 or 6 times in a row last night.
