Do blue engrams ever give Legendary items anymore?
I know blue engrams are supposed to still have a chance to give legendary rewards. But even after turning in countless blue engrams, I can count the number of times I've gotten a legendary on one hand after cutting all my fingers off.

I think I have more blue turn purple than purple turns purple weapon or armor to me.. Purple like rarer than exotic nowadays. Most of my purple bought from vendors in tower ;( or from nightfall and raids.
