Well now that the Legendary engrams have a 100% to be legendary equipment or items (shards, energy), the drop rate on Legendary engrams had to be dropped as well.
If they kept the same drop rate, you'd get like 10-15 legendaries a day, making them less meaningful.

I'm now not getting anything. I've done the raid twice in one week, nothing. Completed the marks for the strikes, nothing. Making legendary engrams rare is one thing, which is fine and understandable. But scarce is borderline unacceptable. I've had two exotic bounties before I received the Engram from a Cryptarch reward pack.

Then you're lucky with the RNG. I usually get 3-4 legendaries per day (mostly from leveling the Crytarch). Keep playing, it's the only way to get better stuff.

I used to get 2-3 legendaries from the Cryptarch. Now I get one once in a blue moon. I'm okay with them being rare. But with higher level enemies being killed in strikes an such, the singular drop rate of say a level 28 Knight Major should be higher than killing a random Vandal on Earth. I was getting more legendaries when the decode rate was less than 100% then what I'm getting now in dropped engrams.
