Do blue engrams ever give Legendary items anymore?
I know blue engrams are supposed to still have a chance to give legendary rewards. But even after turning in countless blue engrams, I can count the number of times I've gotten a legendary on one hand after cutting all my fingers off.

they must have heard your cry because i just got my first legendary from a rare of course it was something i already had and the other rare was crap lol.
